Work experience:
2000 - Today:SIEMENS A/S, Oslo. Work as electrical engineer (MSc) including engineering and supervision of project execution. Liaison of testing and Commissioning activities. Engineering manager.
2004 - Today:PRIRAZLOMNOYE. Work in St. Petersburg, Russia with customer liaison for main power module for an offshore platform north of Siberia. (Rubin/Sevmorneftegaz).
2003 - 2004:PETROBRAS P50. Work in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil with modules for an oil production ship (FPSO) as vendor coordinator for electrical, automation and telecom equipment (Maua Jurong/Petrobras).
2002 - 2003:BELANAK. Work in Singapore and Indonesia as engineering manager for four electrical equipment rooms and a combined equipment and controlroom, all delivered as complete modules ready for lifting onto the deck of the Belanak oil and gas production vessel (Halliburton/Conoco) .
2001 - 2002:PETROBRAS P45. Work in Houston, Texas, USA with an electrical equipment room (e-house) delivered complete as a module ready to be lifted onto the deck of an oil production ship (FPSO) (Modec).
2001:DEEPVISION. Work in Houston, Texas, USA with a subsea (up to 10,000 ft) drilling mud return pump system as part of a dual gradient drilling system (Deepvision/TransoceanSedcoForex).

Hobbies and other activities:
Scuba diving, golf, photography, travelling, electronics and computing. Has been chairman of the board for many years in a small apartment-owners association (No: "Borettslag").
